LO-PRO® Series by CON-E-CO®

The most popular stationary transit mix plant series. With over 1,000 units in operation worldwide, the LO-PRO Series is trusted by producers for its high reliability and performance. The flexible designs feature an innovative LO-PRO cement batcher and live-bottom aggregate batcher with variable speed drive for precise and consistent material proportioning during discharge for high quality concrete batching.

Applications

Ready Mix Concrete

Features

  • Aggregate Batcher: Live-bottom aggregate batcher blends multiple aggregates
  • Cement Batcher: Innovative “blending” cement batcher
  • Custom: Unique custom configurations to meet specific plant needs
  • Low-profile Design: Designed for easy maintenance and operation and 180-degree loading with all plant required components
  • Tight Footprint: All plant components mounted on a single structure to reduce foundation requirements

ALL-PRO Series by CON-E-CO®

The ALL-PRO Series excels due to its robust build and large storage capacity options, combining structural strength. The patented blending cement batcher with 180-degree loading options combines with a gated aggregate batcher gate. The compact plant reduces installation and enclosure costs with its low-profile design.

Applications

Ready Mix Concrete

Features

  • Aggregate Storage: Large-capacity storage bins to handle high-volume production
  • Aggregate Batcher: Gated and gravity-feed aggregate batcher
  • Cement Batcher: “Blending” cement batcher for consistent mix quality and 180-degree loading
  • Cement: Mounted above the cement batcher with either a single cement silo or free-standing rectangular gravity cement bin
  • Dust Control System: Mounted above the cement batcher to reduce foundation and building footprint and easily reclaim fugitive dust into the cement scale.

Batchmaster Series by CON-E-CO®

The Batchmaster Series is perfect for operations that prefer fewer moving parts without compromising performance. The Batchmaster Series stationary transit mix batch plant can have up to four cement compartments on the frame, reducing foundation costs. Unlike other transit mix plant manufacturers, the Batchmaster comes factory pre-wired and pre-plumbed to reduce installation time.

Applications

Ready Mix Concrete

Features

  • Production Capacity: 150 to 200 cubic yards per hour
  • Aggregate Batcher: Oversized with a 12 cubic yard capacity
  • Aggregate Bin: From 48 cubic yards up to 300 tons aggregate storage
  • Cement Batcher: Oversized with a 12-cubic-yard capacity. Up to four cement compartments can be mounted on the plant

SLP Series by CON-E-CO®

With unparalleled configuration flexibility and extensive storage, the SLP Series is a highly adaptable, high-capacity stationary ready mix concrete plant built to last. These concrete plants can incorporate a wide range of optional components for a more customized approach. This is the plant design for multiple generations of plant reliability.

Applications

Ready Mix Concrete

Features

  • Aggregate Batcher: Oversized 12-yard batchers
  • Aggregate Bin: Comes in 230- to 540-ton capacities up to 8 aggregates
  • Cement Batchers: Gravity or LO-PRO cement batchers
  • Customizable: Custom plant and material handling layouts to meet site and code requirements
  • Dust Control: Available with central or individual dust control systems

LoGo Series by REXCON®

The LoGo Series combines ruggedness and a simple design. The LoGo 10 consists of a single trailer and features a self-contained, hinged cement section that speeds up installation. It is pre-wired and pre-plumbed from the factory and a 600-bbl gravity-feed single or split cement bin. The RexCon® LoGo 12 Transit Mix shares the same durable base frame but with a larger cement silo. Its rugged trailer and solid structure are ideal for permanent ready-mix operations demanding up to 180 cubic yards per hour.

Applications

Ready Mix Concrete

Features

  • Cement Bin/Silo: Options from 600 to 1000 bbl split
  • Aggregate Storage: From 66 up to 200 tons
  • Aggregate and Cement Batchers: Gravity-fed aggregate scales
  • Transport: Base plant transported in one load (LoGo 10) or two (LoGo 12)
  • Setup: Fold-up or all-welded aggregate bin walls and gravity-feed cement section for quick setup and simple design
