Cement Batcher

  • Butterfly gates with air cylinders and Low pressure diffuser pads for smooth flow

Batch Belt Conveyor

  • 48-inch-wide, vulcanized splice conveyor
  • Driven at 600 feet per minute (FPM) for high production
  • Includes scraper for clean operation

Water System

  • 3-inch water meter
  • Batched water reservoir piped directly to discharge

Wet/Dry Operation
