Aggregate Bin Trailer

  • 135-ton reversible bin up to 205 ton
  • Three equal compartments with six gates
  • Single-axle trailer with radial tires and adjustable jack stand

Cement Trailer

  • 2,400 cubic foot (600 Bbl) dual-compartment cement bin (1/3—2/3 split) expandable to 3,000 cubic foot 750 bbl
  • 12 cubic yard cement or dual cement batchers on compression load cells
  • Includes telescoping calibration arms, mixer charger hood, batched water reservoir and optional weighed water
  • Five to eight 5-inch air-fill pipes, access hatches, safety handrails, toe boards, and ladder with cage
  • Internal ducting for quick clamp-together low profile dust collector connection
  • Dual-axle trailer with radial tires

Base Trailer

  • 12-cubic-yard aggregate batcher on four load cells
  • 48-inch-wide, 3-ply belt with 50-horsepower vulcanized batch transfer belt
  • Includes calibration arms for test weighing and compression load cells
  • 25-horsepower air compressor and 15-horsepower water pump system
  • 5,000-gallon water tank with auto-fill valve
  • Mounted on dual-axle trailer with radial tires and jack stand

Tilt Mixer Trailer

  • 12 cubic-yard tilt mixer
  • Twin 100-horsepower TEFC reducers and drives
  • 30-horsepower hydraulic pack
  • Emergency tilt function and automatic greasing systems
  • Includes dust platform and brackets for dust collector mounting on mixer deck
  • Tri-axle trailer with radial tires and adjustable jack stand

Electrical System

  • 460-volt, 3-phase, 60-Hz NEMA enclosure with main disconnect and starters
